We are pleased to announce that Web Ignite has again taken on a sponsorship role for the Goodna Jacaranda Festival in 2016.
The creative web team at Web Ignite will again be hard at work developing the site to bring all the details of what is promising to be an amazing festival this year to the public.
A new program layout feature is just one change to keep an eye out for, that will make it even easier for show goers to find the events they are most keen to see and ensure they don’t miss a second of the action.
“After we were brought in to provide the initial tech overhaul to assist the Festival last year, I had the opportunity to attend the festivities and was absolutely blown away by how great the event was,” said William Siu, Managing Director of Web Ignite. “The team couldn’t be more proud to be supporting the Festival again in 2016, and this year we’re looking to increase our scope of involvement beyond the website, providing digital advisory to the organisers for the Festival’s online strategy. The more people we can attract to the festival, the better!”
Web Ignite revolutionised the festival’s website last year with a slick new layout, state of the art content management and a custom-built talent quest entry system that made it easy to manage the 100+ entries to the quest.
With over 14,000 people accessing the website last year, a variety of upgrades are being deployed by Web Ignite to ensure the site can handle the significant increase in traffic expected this year.
The Goodna Jacaranda Festival runs from October 23rd to 30th, attracting crowds in the tens of thousands, with proceeds distributed to various local community efforts. Headlined this year by Shannon Noll, the Festival boasts a highly popular Talent Quest, Sideshow Alley, Car Show, Fireworks and much more.
