Eighty8 Dance Company

We are a Hip-hop Dance company covering all ages from beginners’ level. We have our casual classes run daily to cater for all age groups and also run a dance academy who performs at community events.

Our most recent performance was at Suncorp this weekend just gone, dancing on behalf of the QLD Reds team. We have about 60 dancers in the Academy which are also split into 8 different groups. Usually we are for at least 30-40mins worth of show time but if you want us to dance anything shorter, we can happily and easily bring the Academy together to practise something special for this festival.

We open all performance crews to anyone and everyone who wants to dance and perform. No auditions are held but do believe in giving everyone the chance to dance and experience what it’s like to perform and be on stage.

We have also been running for a year and a half and have rapidly expanded due to the amount of interest and great ratings we’ve had with all our students whether they’re with the Academy or dancing casually.
