The Goodna Services Club has had a long history supporting the festival for the past 15 years and this year the board has generously decided to increase their support, enabling the festival to bring a large number of new and free activities and events to the festival.
Show goers can look forward to two big nights of fireworks, the Flair Riders Motorcycle Stunt Show, Rockabilly band Zed 28 and more, much of which has been funded this year through the support of the Club. The Car Show is back, bigger than ever, and organisers are expecting several hundred vehicles this year, as well as a massive car cruise parade on Sunday.
The Club will also be operating a licensed bar over the weekend of the event (just off the main stage), enabling show goers to enjoy a drink while taking in the entertainment and all that the festival has to offer.
The Goodna Services Club is an icon of the local area, providing services to many parts of the local community. This year alone, the Club has made $142,000 worth of donations to local schools, charities, junior sporting teams & local welfare agencies with each donation supporting and encouraging the social and economic growth of the area.
The Goodna Community Association would like to thank the Goodna Services Club for their support of this years Festival.
