LOCAL TALENT TO OPEN WITH NATIONAL ANTHEM

The 2016 Goodna Jacaranda Festival will be opened with stirring rendition of the national anthem sung by local talent Joel Mikkelsen.

Joel has been singing for many years, and has appeared in a wide variety of stage shows including Chicago, Sweeney Todd and Boogie Fever to name just a few.

The 2016 Opening Ceremony will be on Friday 28th October and is expected to go off with a bang this year. Following the ceremony the Barefoot Big Brass Band will get things rocking before our main Friday night act Crashing Tomorrow take the stage.
